This is the police blotter in the New London Day. This is not the first person, and will not be the last person on Route 32 who is hurt. Why is Montville or Norwich or even the Mohegan Sun building a walk way for people? Route 32 is a busy stretch of road, and belive me some people slow down and others don't, why is it people are getting hurt going to/from work? I feel so bad for these people. HELP THEM!!

Montville — Police noted several risk factors at play when a car struck a person Wednesday evening. Police said Hua Ren Zou, 56, of New York City was crossing Sandy Desert Road near Route 32 and was hit by 2004 Chevrolet Malibu.
