On Sunday, February 26, 2012 Stephen decided to finally make the beer from the Beer making machine I got him for Christmas 2010.  So then today 3-18-12 it is time to bottle the beer and then in another 3 weeks we should be able to try the beer and see how it is, he is so excited. I decided to document the whole process to see how it goes, you never know. 

Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day and I felt "old" so I worked then we had a nice dinner and did not go out and get drunk or anything, today it is suppose to be up to 70' so we are going down to Portsmouth and enjoy the day together, and most likely drink beers at Portsmouth Brewery Company..
